Cutting Corners With Shaving

All right, let's be honest with ourselves here: men don't spend enough time shaving in the morning. The thing is, shaving should be a full routine that takes you a while to complete. You need to use warm water to open up the pours (typically with a warm towel), the right ratio of shaving cream on your skin, a slow, methodical shave that slowly works your skin, and finally a nice cold jolt of water to close the pours before putting on some after shave. Do we do that with all of our shaves? Absolutely not. That is why if you are going to cut corners you are going to need a high quality razor, like a merkur futur razor. What's the difference between a merkur futur razor and a typical disposable razor? That's like asking the difference between a Ferrari and a Yugo. A merkur futur razor won't just give you a better performance, but also a better shave.
