This should help you to get the information that you need but also to give you an idea of what they are like to deal with. It is important to get a feel for what they are like as well because you will have to be dealing with them and so will need to know.
Make sure that you are completely happy with them before you agree to them taking on your case. It is worth spending some time researching and not picking too quickly because it could be the difference between you winning and losing.
