There are people who say that they do not like people who complain. They should ask themselves what makes people complain all the time. They must think that it is fun complaining, but this is not the case because if you see a person complaining there is a lot of negative energy involved there. There are those who are very agitated and even in pain. If you are a lady and your employer who is a male, starts demanding you for sexual favor in order to making your working environment more amicable, then you have a reasonable ground to complain. You can start by talking some sense in to him, and if he does not listen then you will be forced to sample complaint letter. In this letter, you need to be straight to the point and do not leave anything out. Do not write a very long letter because you are going to sound like a nag, just keep it very brief. Explain everything in very few words and take it to your superior one who is likely to take action swiftly. If you send it via email then there are chances that it will not be seen because people have a habit of spamming their mail.
