Shaving is a procedure used by senior teenagers and grown up men who wish to remove (completely or partially) and/or trim unwanted hair from their faces (moustaches, beards, whiskers or combinations of these options). It can be done either with a mechanic shaver or a razor. The first option implies using a special kind of a mechanic device with a rotating razor pivot protected by a shield. According to the statistical data, the second option is more popular. As a matter of fact, cosmetic industry produces a number of shaving products: foam or gel (to apply to skin before shaving in order to soften it) aftershave crèmes or lotions (to sooth skin, heal cuts and eliminate bacterial layer to prevent inflammation). Razor blades are made replaceable so that a customer can choose an appropriate product with a desired number of blades on a razor head (modern razors may have up to five blades for faster and more efficient shaving process).
